Bad news for all…due to popular demand (well, not really) returning, this August!
In this week’s return episode we discuss Cech’s fumbles, Mourinho’s grumbles and Man United’s stumbles. Liverpool get off to a solid, if uninspiring, start to the season against Stoke, while Man City and Palace kick off their seasons with big wins. All this in the same old rubbish packaging as last season.
The final podcast of the season sees us discuss Chelsea as champions, Liverpool’s and Rodgers’ futures after being embarrassed by Stoke, the good foundations laid at Arsenal and Man Utd for next season, and this season’s antics overall. Enjoy!
This week, Crystal Palace ruin the Gerrard party at Anfield with a 3-1 win, whilst Manchester United and Arsenal play the tamest match ever between them, drawing 1-1. Chelsea lose to West Brom (but they’ve won the title so who cares), City down the Swans, and the fastest ever Premier League hat trick is scored. All this and more as almost reach the end of the season. Enjoy!
This week, it’s all over as Chelsea wrap up the Premier League title with 3 games to go, in a season that they dominated from start to finish (so annoying). Elsewhere, no one seems to want 4th place as Manchester United lose again, whilst Liverpool scrape a win despite banner distractions overhead. Meanwhile at the bottom, Newcastle slip closer to relegation and Leicester pull away. All this and more as we get closer to the end (awww). Enjoy
This week, Chelsea show the world that “boring” is boss by holding Arsenal at the Emirates to move one step closer to the Premier League crown. Elsewhere, Liverpool and Manchester United miss out on opportunities to make 4th place their own whilst Manchester City overcome a resurgent Villa to consolidate their own UCL hopes for next year. All the above and more as the boys gear up for the end of the season (how depressing).
This week, Manchester turns Red with the blood of the Citizens (also the first line of the next Game of Thrones book) as Van Gaal’s boys thrash City 4-2. Also, we discuss Chelsea winning (again), Newcastle losing (again), Villa winning (seriously?) and much more. With Dave gone, the quality of the podcast goes up in smoke faster than Raheem Sterling’s shisha pipe and John Carver’s managerial career. Enjoy
