This week, Newcastle end Chelsea’s tilt at the Invincibles title with a 2-1 defeat, Utd grab third with a lucky win over luckless Southampton. Liverpool look weak in attack, Arsenal look weak in defence, and City take advantage of all of it with a win that jump starts the title race. Enjoy with a nice cup of coffee or a beer, whichever suits you most.
This week, Southampton are brought back to Earth by Man City with a 3-0 beating, with City taking advantage of Chelsea’s slip up at Sunderland. Manchester United win in healthy fashion, whilst Liverpool win in anaemic fashion. Tottenham and Harry Kane once again prove we have no idea what we’re talking about, but that hasn’t stopped us from going on, at least for another week.
